Hello and welcome Award winning Australian Artist Gail Tavener specializes in painting a diverse selection of exciting traditional/ realist/representational, contemporary style original paintings, including Australian landscapes, seascapes, city streetscapes, and typical Australian rural farms and buildings. Gail loves Australian scenery, gardens, flowers as well as intricately painted Australian birds, animals and native flora. Many of Gail’s works feature an oriental influence. Her imagained watercolours, pastels, oils, and acrylics inspire and stimulate. Gail Tavener has won many awards and Commendations for her oil, acrylic, pastel, watercolour paintings and “full negative” photography. Gail also works in gouache, pencil, ink and screen printing.
